Because of discharging material continuously, it is suitable for the production of flow line. It can replace traditional box operation and is easy to reach GMP normal.

The stay time of material in bed can be adjusted, easy to operate.
There is device to prevent from leakage between layers. It can prevent from short circuit of hot air.

Hot air will penetrate the layer of material many times, so its thermal efficiency is high. Particularly, it is suitable for drying material with low moisture. In general it can save 2030% of energy that that of same kind single layer bed drier.
Compact, occupy less area, light.
Meanwhile it has set the mechanism that makes material exchange and distribute. Therefore it can make material dry uniformly and prevent form local overheat. The drying disk at each layer adapts split quick connection mechanism. Therefore it is very easy to adjust the quantity of disk and increase or decrease drying area and stay time.

Principle

The damp material fed from inlet at top comes into the machine and acted by foreign vibration force and thrown at disk, then makes circular motion. When turn one cycle, material will be dropped onto next layer disk till final layer disk. Hot air will pass through central ventilation pipeline from air inlet at top and will penetrate material layer at each disk from last layer. It will form countercurrent with material and exhausts from air outlet finally. The dried material will be discharged from outlet at the bottom continuously.
